Tonight when I got off of work, it was raining. Not a hard rain, but it managed to make all the roads so saturated and reflective that I was dying to take someone out to take pictures. By the time my sister drove down from Titusville, most of the roads had already soaked up the excess, but we drove around and still managed to find some puddles in front of this green neon light. Among our other stops was the hospital parking garage, and the Eau Gallie causeway, where we ended up not even taking photos because a man was on the verge of drowning. Dylan jumped in and saved him, where I then had to crawl down to the base of one of the pillars to help him and this stranger up. We all started talking about the chain of events that lead us to this place to save this man. Dylan concluded that if I had not switched to Canon, this man would have died. Never really been a fan of night photography because of the noise and lack of sharpness, but here are some of my favorites from tonight.
